Use the site responsibly

Do not attempt to access another person’s information, interrupt the service, or bypass access controls. Report suspected issues privately so they can be investigated.

Information you share

Our contact and team application forms collect the details you enter, including your name, email, selected game, message, and any optional information. Submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to [email protected] so we can respond to your enquiry or application. FormSubmit may use a spam check. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information. To ask about your submitted information or request deletion from our inbox, email us. Email links open your email application.

External services

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service when displaying them. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver the website. Social links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Forms use FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service.

Member accounts and private libraries

Supabase processes account email addresses and authentication, and stores your profile, simulation inventory, and uploaded images. These records are restricted to your account. The owner can view account email addresses, profile details, optional phone numbers and calling codes, registration and sign-in times, recent activity timestamps, and access status to manage the community. The owner dashboard does not display private image contents or inventory notes. Your browser stores a sign-in session; your password is handled by Supabase. Signing out removes the active session from this browser. While you are signed in and using a visible site tab, a limited activity signal updates your last-seen time, at most about once a minute. This helps the owner estimate recently active members. We do not store your page browsing history in this activity record. Phone numbers are self-reported and are not verified by SMS. Email verification reduces unverified registrations but cannot eliminate spam.

Uploads are private, not automatically published in the public gallery. Only upload images you have permission to use. To request account or data deletion, contact [email protected].

Optional traffic analytics

With your permission, our Cloudflare-hosted analytics stores a random browser-session label, public pages visited, estimated active browsing seconds, timestamps, a masked network prefix (IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48), and approximate country/region and map position rounded to a 5-degree grid. We do not store full IP addresses, precise GPS location, form entries, query strings, or your account identity in this analytics database. Account and owner-dashboard pages are excluded. Cloudflare processes the network address to deliver the website and derive approximate location.

The owner alone can view these reports. They cover the last 30 days; older analytics records are removed during subsequent collection. Your consent choice is saved in this browser, and a temporary session label expires after 30 minutes without recorded activity. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to decline or withdraw consent for future collection. We respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Declining does not affect website access. Contact [email protected] about stored data.
